Personality Traits Test

First, I will share my insight during the Personality Traits Test. The test was easy, but it requires your honesty and your feelings, because the result will determine your personality. Taking the test was fun, though the questions was easy but it is hard at the same time, it was easy for me to understand the question, but it is hard to comprehend, like you will be doubting if you really choose the right answer based on what you feel. There are some questions that are tricky, sometimes you can reflect and especially, many of the questions was about entrepreneurship because it relates at the subject.

Now, I scored 42 from the PT(Personality Traits) test result in our class, and fall in the bracket – somewhat entrepreneurial. I was happy and thinking, I passed the test because I got big score. I thought there is no meaning after it. When I saw the equivalent bracket to which my score falls, I was surprised, somewhat entrepreneurial. I think I answered the test really good, because I know in myself I am not really to entrepreneurship. I was smiling and asking myself, I am really a somewhat entrepreneur, because sometimes, that is what I think of, selling and business stuffs.

I think sometimes what if one day or somehow I will engage myself into entrepreneurship and business because it is one way to lift your financial status. I always think of that, being an employee is good but an employer is more than an employee, because you can control anything inside your business and you can help people too. I do not know how to be a successful entrepreneur, but I know it starts from yourself, believing in yourself. I was thankful to the Personality Traits Test because it alarmed my mind and how I think about business stuff. Since then, I was encouraged to be in the business world, not just doing the same things always everyday but each day you can have a new idea on how you would improve your entrepreneurial skills.

Since we are talking about the traits we have and also entrepreneurship. I have a thought, because I always think of life. There are two classifications of people in the business world, the consumer and the producer. The consumer is the one who buys products, always, because that is his role. On the other hand, the producer is the one who creates products and sells it to public, also the producer will be at the same time, consumer, since he make his own product, he can use it, consume it for his need. This is the advantage of what I see when you are a producer. I encourage myself to be a producer someday because it is difficult if you only engage your whole life to being a consumer, I will explore the world beyond my sight.

Now what is the connection between the thoughts I shared above, and about the personality traits test I have taken? Personality traits test tested my personality in relation to entrepreneurship, as it is related in our subject Technopreneruship. Since the personality traits test tested my reaction to business and how to see it in a good way, I remembered my thoughts that is why I shared it above. Now, that is my personality when it comes to entrepreneurship.

When you are an entrepreneur, you can be successful if you handle your skills and develop it wisely. While you are young, you should know if you have the capacity to venture into business, because it is not always about money, at first, it will require passion and enthusiasm to go for it. Like now, I know in myself that I can do business in a simple way, since businessman did not reach their status now if they did not undergo hardships and tests in life. I know some great stories from great businessmen nowadays, really they started from nothing, to a little, to a more, to a more, then overflowing, they are blessed by the works of their own hands and now they harvested what they planted.

My conclusion about my reaction towards my personality traits test is that I know, I have the capacity to engage into business someday, I believe in myself and I know God has a purpose for everything. I know He have a great plan for me in the future. As always, what you sow is what you reap. And again, I am thankful that I have tested my insight about entrepreneurship, thanks to personality traits test. It really helps young minds to think what business means in the world, in your life, in my life, and in the life of many people.
